Electronic Open Market Agent – MAE

As from 2003 Fiorito Factoring y Negocios Financieros has acted as an Electronic Open Market Agent on the Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A. (MAE), providing clients with the possibility of buying and selling securities with maximum security and transparency, thanks to the rules that govern the entity.

This market operates in accordance with Argentine law, and is supervised by the National Securities Commission (CNV). Its members are mostly financial entities located in Argentina.

Operators are linked electronically through this market, carrying out all kinds of over-the-counter transactions, reducing the risk of transactions and improving the availability of information on prices and volumes traded on the market.

Trading on the MAE can be either spot or term.

Papers traded are:

	Government securities.
	Private sector Corporate Bonds.
	Treasury Bonds.
	Treasury Bills.
	Provincial and Municipal Bonds.
	Certificates of participation in financial trusts and closed investment funds.
	Short term debt securities.
