Ricardo Pedro Fiorito
President
Bachelor in Business Administration – UCA.
During his time with Banco Quilmes he was Adjunct to the Board, Assistant Director and Director in the period from 1972 to 1991. In this latter year he was appointed Vice-President of the financial entity, in 1996 becoming its President, a post he held through to the end of 1997. In these last years he was also a Director of the Argentine Banking Association.
On several occasions he has attended the meetings of Governors of the Latin American Federation of Banks, the International Monetary Fund and the Inter-American Development Bank.
He was River Plate Chapter Chairman of the Young President's Organization, and is currently the President of the Argentine Chamber of Factoring Entities.

Oscar Jorge Fiorito

Full Director of Banco Quilmes S.A. from 1991 to 1997. Member of the Audit Committee of the financial entity.
Board member of several financial, commercial and real estate companies.
Lecturer at the Department of Electronics of the Universidad Nacional de Buenos Aires.

José Antonio Emperador
Executive Director
Certified Public Accountant - UBA.
Worked for Banco Popular Argentino from 1966 until 1986, reaching the position of Assistant General Manager.
From 1987 to 1997 he held the position of Controller of Banco Quilmes, and was a member of the Management Committee of the entity.
He is Full Syndic and Auditor of real estate, investment and mutual fund entities.
Teaching experience includes lecturing on Financial Statements at the Universidad Nacional de Buenos Aires.

Cristián Fiorito
Director
Lawyer - UCA.
Holds a Master in Finance Degree from the CEMA and a Postgraduate Degree in Executive Management from the IAE.
Worked for Banco Quilmes from 1990 to 1998, as Commercial Sub-Manager in the Corporate Banking Division, remaining in the banking business until 2002, when he joined the Firm.
He is at present a director of the Argentina-Chile Chamber of Trade.
