Trust agreements allow a natural or legal person (the trustor) to transfer the legal title of his assets in trust to another natural or legal person (the trustee) so that they can be used for certain purposes that are laid down in the trust agreement, to the benefit of a third party (the beneficiary).

The companies to which this service is directed are those that seek innovative sources of financing, compatible with their productive cycles, and which count on stocks of finished goods of a type appropriate to make up the trust assets.

The trustor’s assets, which make up the trust, can be later sold on the domestic market or exported. The currency of the trust can be either pesos or foreign currency, depending on the market for the assets.
